Volunteer Missionary
THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS
Immediately after being trained myself, I was assigned to train an incoming missionary. For the last six months of my service I was a leader over all the female missionaries in the New York City area, approximately 60 sisters. I worked with one other sister to conduct training and counseling meetings with the sisters as well as setting goals and managing a heavy work load.

INSTITUTE OF SURGICAL RESEARCH
Developed new protocols for the lab dealing with RNA isolation from formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues, recorded data and processes as well as assisted in interpreting experimental research results. Presented results and trained incoming workers as replacement.
